Private Request System Not Working for Ongoing Project

I'm having serious issues with the system for an ongoing private request. (I've tried to get the issue solved via email and the article submission page.) When someone has a few minutes, could they please look at it for me to see why the private request isn't showing up in the article submission system and why I'm unable to attach articles in the message system despite the fact the project is still open? Thank you!

Ok, so now the request is even missing. Guessing it wasn't left open by the system?

Are you sure the customer didn't close it? I had one going too and he closed it I think.

It's possible, but last month I had the same issue and it ended up causing tons of problems.
