I emailed support last Friday using the Contact Us link and have yet to hear back. One of my customers accidently bought an article (Charleston: Battery Park) intended for a different customer. He doesn't want or need this article, it was an accidental click -- and my other customer is waiting for it to be released so he can get it....
Can you have support check their email for details or contact me? The order # was 5614. Customer needs a refund and the article needs to be re-released. Thanks!
