Yes, I did a similar thing a year or two ago. Ironically, this month I "Just did it" and updated it to include some of the newer features of CC like the widget and using RSS feeds. It's nice to have the eBook as a tool to offer to affiliates and other writer buddies as well as to make a few bucks on the side. So far, Im about even on the eBook as far as time spent writing it versus how much it has brought in. Definitely not getting rich on it, but I'm not doing much to promote it.
