Unique rights and blogging

Hello,

I maintain a blog and usually sell article at cc for usage rights. The problem is that these are less attractive to potential publishers, to say the least.

My question is can I guarantee unique rights after publishing in my own blog and with a purchase delete the post and transfer all the rights to the publisher who bought them.
