I just submitted a Halloween article that I felt better belonged as a Blog post. Because there was no way to categorize it as a holiday > Halloween blog post, I put it in as an article.
In the makeover, are there going to be more categories for blog posts? When we put in a suggestion for a category, how does that work? Is it actually considered, and are categories actually added?
Holidays are big on blogs. I was surprised there was no Holiday category.

Re: How does the Category Suggestion work?
Don't hold me to this information, because it may change, but eventually, instead of the major categories (Article, Blog, . . . ), authors will be able to choose what their article is under the topical category. This should make it more straightforward for everyone.
So, right now, I just don't want anyone to stress over the categories. While a category must be chosen for the article to show up in search, and all articles will still be in some sort of (more intuitive, less monstrous) category system in the future, most customers come to articles by way of search.

Thank you, Ed. BTW, how many search keywords are we allowed to have?

I don't think there's a limit!
