My stuff sells, but doesn't exist

Let me start by saying I've been with CC for many years, but have never received payment for articles sold. Last year I posted here on the forum because an article of mine sold, but when I logged on to my account it claimed I was owed zero dollars. It was recommended I contact support, who never responded. Thought perhaps it might have been a fluke, or maybe the customer changed their mind??

Just got another notice that an article sold today, zipped over here to log in...and not only do I still have a zero balance, it claims I have no recent sales and by the way, NO saved content at all. Funny, considering they still send me messages when my nonexistent stuff sells.

I did send off another communique to support, but am wondering if anyone else has had this problem??

Well, for one, if you've been with CC for years, then you've been around to witness the change of ownership as well as updates and improvements to the site's functionability.

If you can give me the penname you use for CC, I can check to see if anything looks unusual with your account.

As I am sure you already know that your missing sales were not actually missing, they were just in another account registered to you. Apparently at some point your registered for another account, so everytime you logged in you were logging into the wrong account, or at least not the account with the sales you kept getting emails about. I have sorted it out and everything should be ok now.

I don't recall registering for the other account, but that was likely last year when I was started having trouble. Everything is back as it should be now, thanks to support's fast response. Thank you!
