Time required for review

Hello,

I am new to constant content. On 4th June, I have submitted an article for a public request which expires on 7th of this month. I was wondering how long will it take for my article to be reviewed and accepted. It is still showing as "under review" :)

Hi and welcome to cc. The time varies according to the number of submissions and the editor's schedule. He is a real person and takes a day or at least a few well-deserved hours off every week. Public requests are usually reviewed more quickly although the weekend tends to be a bit slower for approvals. It should be approved by Monday at the latest, I would guess, but don't hold me to it. WG
