Order Being Process - For 4 Days

For the past 4 days, I have 3 articles being identified as order being processed. As much as I would like to hope that these articles have actually sold, reality takes hold and my intuition just says that the user didn't clear the shopping cart or something like that. Could customer service or the all knowing techy guru look into this?

Well, I'm neither of those, but don't lose faith completely. Sometimes these things just wind up back on your list, but I've also had this happen when the sale actually did clear after 4 or 5 days. In my case the buyer paid by check and CC had to wait for the check to clear. Better that than finding out it didn't later!!

In these cases we will contact the customer to finish the order, if we don't hear anything it about 4 days we will remove the order.
