Found My Article - Title Changed

A random google search turned up one of my articles. This is one that has been sold twice - Useage license. I don't know if this particular site is one of the purchases, but although they gave me the byline, they changed the title and some of the wording in the article. I'm not upset... the changes are minimal and don't affect the continuity, but I thought they weren't allowed to change anything when purchasing "use" license. And then again...maybe they weren't the ones who made the purchase. Advice?
