I am new to this site and was wondering why copy/paste has not been disabled.

I'm not following? If your talking about people being able to copy and paste the content there are 100 ways of getting around that. If someone wants your content there is no real way to stop it. With that said if you ever found someone doing that the writer has many options to pursue to be reimbursed. This is why we recommend the writer only show 70% of the article.
