I just noticed that there are premium articles available here. I have no idea how I *just* became aware of their existence because I've been here long enough lol... but I digress.
My question is this, what are premium articles? They seem to be on a wide-variety of topics and a little lengthier than the average article, but what makes them premium?

The CC editorial team picks them based on originality, quality, and other features that make them stand out from the crowd.

I think the idea of having a separate section for "premium articles" is fabulous. It seems that there are different milestones or achievements that the writers here keep track of - things like number of articles written or number of articles sold, and I would think that having an article assigned the status of "premium" would make an author feel pretty darned good.
