Hey friends,
I'm wondering about your take on the amount of time you can allow to elapse before responding to a public request. In your experience, how long is too long to wait before jumping on a request? When you see a promising one, do you try to jump on it immediately to get the upper hand?
What else have you noticed about customers' buying habits?

It all depends in the customer and the request. There is no time like the present to write and submit though.
