Hello everyone including Ed(itors) !
Most writing sites on the net are American. Based on numerous posts that I have been reading in various forums, I understand that this isn't exactly a brick-n-mortar operation. Nevertheless, its official location is in B.C. (Although, I also saw that in response to queries by a poster, editor Chris mentioned a Michigan address).
Although I am Canadian, due to dominance of U.S. English on the Internet, as well as word processing software, I have never really exercised Canadian / British "flavour". When registering for the forum, I noticed that I was locked into British English as it was not possible to change it.
Anyway, this is certainly a different site compared to "Article Farms" (and I am not saying it because my very first article, after a significant amount of labor of love, got rejected ... sob sob I will be posting a separate message about that in the rejection forum).
As long as we are being picky about grammar and punctuation here, I saw the slogan ... "If Content was king Constant Content would be the castle."
Don't shoot the messenger please but I think there should be a comma after the word "king".
My only requests are a little TLC for new members and a gentle application of the three-strikes rule. Don't throw a new batter off the team after his or her first out !
Good luck to all (including myself)
