Sold article alert question

Just wondering - why do my alerts emails for sold articles say usage only has been purchased, but when I look up the website, it's full rights?
I don't mind as long as it sells

but I was wondering what the glitch is here?

I noticed this with the last article I sold too. It said usage, but when I came to the site it said full rights. I also sold a poem for usage but never got any notification about it. I just noticed it when I checked the site. I had been meaning to ask too.

I guess I should have said something earlier too - it has happened to me ever since I sold my first article!

I just didn't think it was a big deal so didn't let it worry me. I bet a few more people have the same but just ignored it too.
