Writer Pool Question

I have only been actively submitting articles for a couple of weeks. At least half have been accepted straight away and the others needed minor revisions. When I go to the writer's pool section my approval is still zero. Is this a glitch or does it only update once a month? Who is the best person to contact about it?

There is a bell or pulley somewhere over there. If you click it on, you'll see how to apply to be listed on pools.

I had to email them to get mine to show. I used the contact button on the main page.

I've never been approved or had feedback under the blog category I submitted for, so I'm saying just forget it.

I don't think I will ever get approved, either.
