Responding to public requests

When you submit an article you have to designate the category. However, the list of categories from which you can choose includes Private Request but does not include Public Request. So, if you are responding to a public request, do you just choose the category in which the subject matter of the article appears to fit?

Exactly. However, don't forget to choose "Public Request" and the right request from the second drop down menu.
