Question about resubmission form

I've had an article rejected for being in 10pt rather than 12. It's just been rejected again for the same reason but, when I checked the article that I resubmitted, it is definitely in 12pt! I am now about to resubmit it, but I want to make sure I do it correctly. On the form, under 'Add a New File' there are two choices - one says 'Choose' and the other says 'Upload and Attach New File'. Which one should I choose?

Speaking from memory here, so I may be off, but I believe you need to use Choose to pick the file on your computer and then hit the Upload and Attach button to actually upload it. If you don't do both (a mistake I've made a number of times), then the new file won't be uploaded at all.
