Help for overseas writers

I am very new here. While trying to find my way around the world of freelance writing opportunities, I have previously looked at a number of other websites which only allow US writers or else require certain forms (such as the I-9, IRS W-9 (apparently just for US citizens) or, for international participants, IRS Form W-8BEN) to be completed.

Firstly, can I just confirm that Constant Content accepts Australian writers? (I can see a few Australian authors posting.)

Secondly, do overseas writers have to file any of the above forms?

Perhaps an Australian author could explain to me what legal and tax steps they have had to take to write for Constant Content.
