Is there a technical problem?
I noticed on My Content that an article status had changed to Rejected. I got no rejection email or notification. When I went into Edit article, there was a note stating the font or spacing was wrong. I resubmitted the article, but now my home page states there are no articles under review, yet the article status still shows as Rejected. Just wondering what is happening.

Your article status should say "Resubmitted".
As for the emails not being sent, other people are having problems with the email system too.

I resubmitted again today,and the status changed to Resubmitted. It was then approved almost immediately. However, it has been sitting in limbo for a week. I just wish someone from CC would advise on problems like these. I'd prefer to raise issues like this on the forum rather than raise a support request, but it's frustrating to get no definitive answer from CC.
