Rejection Notes - Quick Clarification

Hi everyone,

I just got my first article rejected and before I revise it I'd like some clarification. The editor noted a couple of minor issues in her notes. It is only the issues pointed out that I need to revise? Or is this just a few notes on issues they found in the article as a whole?
