Changing the Long Summary on Old Content

Most of the articles I have sold have 100% of the content in the long summary. In my catalogue I have older articles that have a lower percentage in the long summary. I would like to change the older articles to 100% in the long summary as well, but I cannot figure out how to do it. Can that be done? Does anyone know how to do that?
