Problem with Private Request emails

...as in, I'm not getting any!

I'm getting emails for writer pool projects that I'm even not interested in, but had two private requests in the last week or so that I wasn't made aware of - the first one Eric emailed me on the deadline day to ask how I was getting on (first I heard of it ) and the second I happened to log in and see it.

I have emailed support, but no response yet so I was wondering whether it was a site-wide issue?

I'm having this problem as well. I emailed last week about it, but no response as of yet. Another author on here is having the same issue. So, it's not just you.

This happened to me a couple years ago on my very first private request. So, I got an email from Sienna asking how I was doing. I thought I was going crazy because I swear I never got that email but thought maybe I noobed it up and accidentally deleted.

I feel so less crazy right now.

Since these posts, I've had a deluge of emails. I think the bug is being fixed.

After reading the post, I went and checked on mine and sure enough I had two private requests I didn't know about. Just as I logged in here, they came into my email, so I do believe you are correct in thinking it has been addressed and corrected.

I had two private requests that I luckily found on my projects page, but no email notifications. Today the notifications are working again on my account. Hope it's all sorted now.
