Private Requests-How to Mark Assignment as Complete

How do I mark a Private Request as complete? Just click on the "Complete" box in my messages? Does this let CC keep a tally of my completed work for Private Requests? If I get another Private Request do I click "Claim" first, write and submit the article and then click "Complete"?

My understanding is that once you have submitted content to a private request AND the piece has been approved by Constant Content's editors, then you click on the 'complete' button (under private requests tab) to advise the client the piece is ready for purchasing. Yes, each private request needs to be accepted individually.
