Articles previously published in print

I am very new to Constant Content, so this may be answered somewhere on here, but I haven't seen it.

My question is, can I license articles previously published in print as Usage or Full Rights providing they have never been published on the web? I do own the copyright.

Articles published elsewhere - either on the web or in print - may only be sold for usage rights.
