How do You Sell Usage Rights?

I'm new here and just had my first article accepted. However, I only get the option to set full use pricing whenever I try to submit new content. How do you allow your work to be sold for usage rights?

Constant Content no longer allows writers to sell content for unique or usage rights (full rights only). The only content available for sale for unique/usage rights is old content created when unique/usage rights were allowed.
