One of my articles was sold a few days back.The payment status is still displaying "Under Processing". My other articles never had such a problem. Kindly explain.

Also I would like to know as to when will I receive payment.

Your account has to total $50 at minimum before you are paid. If I'm wrong on this one please correct me, Admin.

Yes I know. My total is more than $50.

If the buyer purchases articles with a check rather than using the online payment system, then you wait until the check clears. If it doesn't then the sale - unfortunately - is cancelled and the buyer isn't entitled to use your work because it's deemed as non-payment.

I've been a member of CC for almost a year now, however I don't believe I started writing for them right off the bat.

We have an issue where customer can add items to the cart but not pay yet, this will cause it to say "unpaid". We then delete these in 4 or so days. We are working on a better way to handle this as I write this.
