Article rejected although in proper format

I can't understand why my article, "Retired? Need Money? Facts About
Reverse Mortgages" has been rejected twice for not being of an accepted file type. I am submitting this article exactly the way I have submitted other articles, which were accepted.

The article is in MS Word and is in Times, 12 pt.

Any advice?

Which version of Word are you using? If it's Word 2007 in the .docx format, it won't go through. Save the file as a Word 95-2003 document which is .doc and that should solve the problem.
